Involve every team member when making critical team decisions. You should also create a way of communicating current work flow in order to avoid unnecessary duplication of effort. Additionally, initiating daily team huddles where each team member shares what they aim to achieve at the end of the day is very important because it keeps each member on the same playbook.

One undeniable fact is that every team has different skill sets, personality dynamics and experiences. Therefore, it is very important for each member to complete a personality profile. Share the outcomes and discuss both the likes and dislikes of each member with regard to communication. This way team members will know each other better, leading to better understanding and cooperation.

vi). Leverage Team Member Strengths

You need to position each member of the team for success by assigning tasks that play to their respective strengths and careers. This enables the team to achieve more success because each member’s strengths are effectively tapped.
