It is a never ending search when the parameters aren’t clear. To truly know what type of love feels good, one has to stand in their own personal power. You already have everything you need residing on the inside of you. You are that blank canvas ready to be painted in your own perfection.
This may look and feel different to each individual which sparked my interest to go on this personal quest to collect the pieces of how people are cultivating their self-love. The messages I gathered were inspirational and listed below.

Self- love is to know that your happiness comes first and you know that your well-being depends on it.
It is investing energy in discovering who you are in the inside, learning to find your hearts inner voice. It is self-care of the temple (through diet, exercise, meditation, personal grooming) and taking time to know and heal yourself in the mind, the heart, and the soul.
It is finding the divine inside of you.
